Our Seabee Family

Hi! I'm Cassandra Richardson, proud Seabee wife to my best friend and hero, BU3 Richardson.  I graduated from Gaston College, Dallas, NC,  in May 2010 with two Associates of Applied Sciences degrees.  One degree in Architecture, and the other in General Occupational Technology.  Dont let the fancy degree names fool you, I'm not nearly as smart as they may make me sound! I just simply love design and architecure enough to have devoted the last 6 years of my life to studying it. (Notice I said 6 years, and the result of that was two Associates degrees!)  I am 24 years old, and finally living a life I am proud of and happy with.  Sometimes along the way, you realize what it is that truly matters.  Love really matters.

This is my handsome husband, Matt.  (Isn't he gorgeous?!?!)  He is a 3rd class builder in the United States Navy Seabees.  We are currently stationed in Gulfport, MS however he is serving in Africa on his 3rd deployment.  He has also proudly served in Kuwait, as well as Afghanistan.  In case you haven't noticed already, he is a hero.  There is such a devotion and real passion that he has for his job, and I am beyond blessed to be his wife!  He is 23 years old, and has alot under his belt to be proud of.
We were brought together by fate, or shall I say his very persistant father?!  :)  Love you Larry!  Long story short, his father and I worked together and he wanted so badly for me to meet his son.  I finally gave him a call (we lived in two different states, mind you) and as they say..."The Rest Is History!"  We married on October 16th, 2010 in North Carolina among family and friends in the most beautiful setting I could have dreamed of.

Since we dont have any children at the moment, we take pride in our pet babies.  We have a husky mix puppy who is about a year old, named Cooper.  And two kittens, one 3 years old and one 6 months, named Saxson and Leo.  Our world revolves around them, and we wouldn't have it any other way!  Here are a few pictures of them, and you too will be wrapped around their little paws!

And this is an adorable picture of Leo and his older brother Saxson curled up next to each other!
